Euronext N.V. is a cross-border European stock exchange which is formed in 2000, by the merger of the Brussels, Amsterdam and Pairs stock exchanges. It is located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. In January 2002, the Euronext N.V. acquired the London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange, the Euronext.liffe was established.
